Registration Fee

The early registration fee before 30 June 2025 is 950 € (incl. VAT).
As from July 2025, the registration fee amounts to 1100 € (incl. VAT) per participant. In case of cancellation before September 1st 2025 the total fee will be refunded. Later cancellations shall not be refunded. Attendee substitutions are allowed. PhD-students pay 950 € (incl. VAT).

The registration fee includes your conference seat for 3 days, networking reception in the poster display area (on day 1), special conference event with dinner (on day 2), all lunches and all break refreshments, your personal access the e-Proceedings book containing all papers and posters from the SteelyHydrogen 2025 conference.

All fees are inclusive of VAT
